Jerel Lonnstrom: Owner and Grooming Manager

Jerel Lonnstrom earned a certificate in pet grooming (CPG) from Madeline’s Pet Grooming Institute in Santa Clara, California – one of the top grooming schools on the west coast. Patience, gentle handling, and plenty of treats make Jerel the bark around town among his tail wagging clients. Jerel is also a graduate of the dogTEC Dog Walking Academy, and PetTech CPR first aid certified.

Cindy Lonnstrom: Owner and Training Manager

Cindy Lonnstrom specializes in early puppy development & learning and changing behavior using positive, force-free training methods.  She earned a certificate in training and counseling from the San Francisco Academy for Dog Trainers, and is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.  Cindy and her dog, Chloe, are active members of the National Association of Canine Scent Work, and together they have been awarded titles in NoseWork 1 (NW1) and NoseWork 2 (NW2) in the sport of K9 NoseWork®.. 

Together the Lonnstroms have volunteered their time providing grooming make-overs for shelter dogs awaiting adoption. They actively pursue continuing education by attending animal behavior conferences, seminars, and workshops. When Jerel and Cindy are not working they enjoy taking Chloe out for a walk.
