Mobile Grooming Estimates

Every dog has his or her own specific beauty needs, please call us if you have any questions, or complete the Contact Us form and in the comments field tell us more about your dog’s beauty needs.  A phone and/or email estimate is based on your dog’s breed, size, and the estimated time needed to complete the SPA treatment.  The final Bath or Groom price will be provided in person, and based on the actual time needed to complete the SPA treatment.

Vaccination Records

Upon arrival for your dog’s 1st grooming reservation, please provide proof of vaccinations.  Your veterinarian may be able to email you proof of vaccination, and then you can forward it to us.  The state of California requires all dogs to be vaccinated every three (3-years) with the Rabies vaccine, canine DAP (canine distemper virus), canine adenovirus type-1 (CAV-1), and canine parvovirus (CPV).

If your dog’s Rabies vaccine is not current (within 3-yrs) or incomplete or you do not have proof, and therefore cannot keep the reservation, a $25 reschedule fee may be applied to the next grooming reservation scheduled.  The grooming process can sometimes be stressful, we strive for the safety of both humans and canines, and appreciate your help.

Pre-Groom Dog Walk Request

Please take your dog for a walk to do his/her “business” before our arrival.  We do our best to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment and any interruption to the process will delay the amount of time to groom your dog.  A dog waste removal and sanitation fee can apply.  Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Cancellations, Reschedules and “No Show” Policy

Reservations are scheduled in advance.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact us within 48-hours of your reservation.  When given enough notice we may be able to fill the reservation with another client on the Wait List.

If we arrive and no one is at home to release your dog into our care or we receive a same day cancellation/reschedule request, a $25 reschedule fee may be applied to the next scheduled reservation.  Thanks for your understanding.


Fees for SPA services are paid in full by cash or credit card.  We accept Mastercard and Visa cards.  If we accept a personal check (local banks only) and it is return unpaid for any reason, a $35 fee is added to the balance due.

Hours of Operation

Our Mobile Grooming services are booked in advance Monday through Friday with the last appointment for one (1) dog scheduled to arrive between 3:30-4:30PM.
