This form is for churches, schools, mission leaders, and parents who want to sponsor and request ministry or volume discount orders to support teaching, outreach, and mission efforts. Ministry use and bulk orders are fulfilled with a donation supporting a minimum of ten (10) or more copies. Orders are currently available within the United States only.
